In my current role at L'Oréal, I lead a dynamic team in securing application development processes across a multinational landscape. I have been instrumental in integrating security principles from the ground up, ensuring that security serves as a business enabler rather than a barrier. My focus has been on automating tooling and pipeline integrations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Most recently I have been working on buiding out a robust AI cyber policy and strategies to defend and test LLMs.
